How to memorise better

As a good learner, we need to put our mind and thought to concerntrate to something we are doing. Remember, watch your food, eat more fish like salmon, vegetables, gongko biloba and tablet like Examo CKM500. Avoid drink like coffee, tea or drinks have caffeine.

Always listen to soft music and be focus to what you're doing.
