Ramadhan, a month of barakah
Ramadhan, a fasting month where muslims try their best to do good deeds and avoid themselves from doing something against the rules. Fasting month also encourages muslim to be more patience, educate ourselves to have iman, remember Gods and be more generous towards the poor. Sadakah, a good habit where we donate and give foods and money to the needy. Fitrah, a kind of zakat, where we share some of our income to help others so as to lighten thier burden.
Islam teaches us to be nice and kind to everybody. Talk good things and further avoid wrong doings that may hurt others. In Sarawak, Ramadhan bazaar offers delicious cooking like umai, something similar like sushi in Japan. This is a time where people please themselves with cheap and nice foods.
